Global Payroll Lead, Typeform

• We’re looking for a Global Payroll Lead to take ownership of our end-to-end global payroll operations
• You’ll manage processes for direct employees, PEOs, and EORs across multiple countries, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timeliness
• You’ll partner closely with Deel, Thanks Ben, our Treasury function, and People Operations to ensure our payroll processes are seamless, scalable, and support Typeform’s global growth
• Own the global payroll process and ensure every team member, regardless of location, receives the correct salary on time—every time
• Act as a key enabler of employee engagement and trust by maintaining payroll accuracy and reliability
• Manage payroll operations globally across all employment types (direct hire, PEO, EOR)
• Collaborate with platforms like Deel and Thanks Ben to ensure smooth processing of joiners, leavers, salary changes, and structured pay adjustments
• Work with Treasury to ensure timely and accurate funding in the appropriate currencies
• Partner with Finance and NetSuite teams to implement automation, including API integrations
• Help define and scale payroll frameworks to support new geographies and employment models
