Senior Product Manager, Aspire

• You have a proven track record of product management, experience driving strategy, and influencing executive leadership
• The ideal candidate is a self-starter, approaches complex business questions with data and curiosity, and loves to dive below the surface to identify the root cause and help drive a path forward
• 5+ years experience in a Product Manager role at SaaS companies
• Demonstrated ability to define a user-centric long-term strategy supported by clear tactics and milestones
• Strong UX/UI sensibility - a keen sense of design and bar for high quality UX and the impact it can have on customer outcomes
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills. Excited by the idea of managing multiple responsibilities at once and ruthlessly prioritizing the highest impact work
• An empathetic and attentive listener; someone who is committed to understanding and anticipating the needs of our customers and key stakeholders
• A proactive, self-starter; someone who can roll up their sleeves and solve problems on their own initiative
