As a Recruiter, you’ll do more than just find talent—you’ll create meaningful connections, share insights, and directly influence how we bring the right people into the right opportunities. You’ll partner closely with hiring leaders, bring market knowledge to the table, and help design sourcing strategies that align with our values of integrity, innovation, collaboration, and member focus
Discover & Research: Use a mix of sourcing strategies, from advanced search techniques to technical communities and platforms, to identify and engage top engineers, product managers, and other critical technical talent
Build Networks: Develop strong relationships within technical fields to create ongoing pipelines of diverse and qualified talent
Influence & Inspire: Serve as a candidate’s first impression of LendingClub. Share our mission, values, and culture in ways that inspire them to engage with our opportunities
