Discover & Research: Use a mix of sourcing strategies, from advanced search techniques to technical communities and platforms, to identify and engage top engineers, product managers, and other critical technical talent
Build Networks: Develop strong relationships within technical fields to create ongoing pipelines of diverse and qualified talent
Influence & Inspire: Serve as a candidate’s first impression of LendingClub. Share our mission, values, and culture in ways that inspire them to engage with our opportunities
