Role
Who you are
- You have at least 4 to 5 years of experience in business development and/or enterprise sales
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a partnership role managing and growing successful relationships with SIs and VARs
- A quantifiable record of success in business development, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed objectives and the ability to generate new business through partnerships
- Experience driving partner engagement by facilitating events and trainings
- Understand complex sales processes, build consensus and be adept at developing relationships at multiple levels
- Strong work ethic and can move fast in a startup environment
- Willing to go outside the bounds of their job description and comfort zone
- You are curious about technology and are constantly learning
- You take initiative when something needs to be done, and you own the outcome
- You are constantly looking for ways to add value to Coder

What the job involves
- Coder is on a mission to build enterprise software that makes software developers’ lives easier and keeps them in flow
- We are looking for a Manager, Solutions Partnerships to build our solution partner ecosystem, including system integrator (SI) and value-added reseller (VAR) partners
- Identify, engage, and onboard a portfolio of high-potential in-region partners
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan and go-to-market strategy that drives revenue for both the partner and Coder
- Cultivate and manage relationships across key partner functional areas (leadership, sales, marketing, professional services, etc.)
- Lead and facilitate QBRs, joint marketing engagements, sales trainings, and other activities to drive partner engagement
- Act as the key liaison for partner sales and delivery teams to enable us to win new joint customers and expand on current opportunities
