Who you are
- This role requires a proactive problem solver with experience leading cross-functional initiatives and a passion for healthcare innovation, analytics, and startups
- 3-5 years of experience in a growth, business development, strategy, or consulting role, ideally in healthcare, digital health, or health tech
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and synthesize data to inform strategic decisions
- Experience supporting go-to-market strategies and business development initiatives
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations and reports

What the job involves
- The Growth Strategy & Operations Associate will play a key role in supporting Synapticure’s expansion efforts by driving market analysis, supporting go-to-market motions, and assisting in building and growing partnerships with health plans, health systems, and other strategic stakeholders
- This role will work cross-functionally to identify opportunities for growth, track key performance metrics, and help develop strategies that expand Synapticure’s reach and impact
- The Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations, will play a pivotal role in driving growth and operational excellence at Synapticure
- In this position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives, optimize business processes, and support decision-making
- You will work closely with leadership to drive market analysis, support go-to-market motions, and assist in building and growing partnerships with health plans, health systems, and other strategic stakeholders
- You will collaborate effectively across executive and front-line teams, clinical and administrative functions, and data/IT teams to execute on key goals in a remote-first organization
- Go-to-Market Execution: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new products, partnerships, and expansion opportunities. Work closely with the Head of Growth, President, and CEO to drive outreach and engagement efforts with key prospective partners
- Market Analysis & Insights. Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and industry dynamics to identify opportunities and risks for growth and inform business development strategies
- Business Development Process Management. Oversee sales pipeline management, coordinate outreach efforts, and lead proposal development for potential partners
- High Priority Strategic Projects. Work closely with the Head of Growth to drive research, analyses, and recommendations on key strategic priorities with visibility at the leadership level and Board
- Operational Execution for New Partnerships. Support efforts to operationalize new partnerships by driving execution, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring smooth onboarding and activation
- Performance Optimization & Process Scaling. Analyze partnership performance, identify opportunities to standardize and scale operational processes, and drive practice engagement efforts on the ground
- Cross-Functional Leadership. Collaborate with teams across marketing, clinical, product, and operations to ensure alignment in growth strategies and seamless execution of initiatives
