Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, with extensive experience in Java or .NET environments
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing solutions for big enterprises, with a deep understanding of enterprise architecture
- Proven track record of managing complex projects (ideally end-to-end projects), encompassing all components (backend, frontend, mobile, and databases)
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerization technologies is highly desirable
- Strong consultancy skills, with the ability to engage in client-facing roles and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of the banking ecosystem and the unique challenges and opportunities it presents
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java or .NET, extensive solution architecture experience, and a proven track record of working in complex end-to-end projects
What the job involves
- This role is pivotal in designing and implementing complex solutions that meet the diverse needs of our big enterprise clients, particularly in the banking ecosystem
- Engage directly with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Design and architect end-to-end solutions that integrate seamlessly with clients' existing systems, with a focus on backend, frontend, mobile, and database components
- Work closely with the development team to ensure high-quality solution delivery from concept through to production
- Provide expert guidance and leadership in solution design, leveraging Java or .NET frameworks
- Advocate for best practices in software development and architecture, including microservices and containerization with Kubernetes
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, workshops, and proposal development
- Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor in their digital transformation journey
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within FlowX.AI to ensure customer success and satisfaction
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, particularly in the banking sector, to provide innovative solutions to clients
- As a FWD Solution Architect you will work closely with our clients and the Customer Success team
