Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of full cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with focus on new logo acquisition, using value selling approach
- Experience working in the Media and Entertainment field
- Goal oriented, with a track record of overachievement (President’s Club, Rep of the Year, etc.)
- A track record of success in driving consistent activity and pipeline development
- Experience determining customer requirements and presenting appropriate solutions
- Experience selling into accounts commercial/mid-market accounts
What the job involves
- As Egnyte continues to grow, we’re looking for a Sales Account Executive to join our world class sales organization
- You will be responsible for closing new business deals with Mid-Market to Enterprise companies
- We pride ourselves on being attentive to our existing customers, and you will continue to build on the relationship by identifying and closing new sales opportunities
- You will partner with other internal business lines to secure deals that impact on the bottom line here at Egnyte
- You will develop sales plans to effectively and efficiently the accounts within an assigned territory
- You must be able proactively prospect, identify, qualify, and develop a robust sales pipeline with minimal supervision
- Meet and exceed your monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Utilize your outstanding communication skills, and sales savvy combined with industry and company knowledge to close deals
- Build and maintain close relationships with key decision makers and stake holders internally, and externally
- Understand market trends and interpret data relevant to our initiatives

Egnyte provides an integrated solution for GRDP compliance and data security. The startup reduces the likelihood of digital threats whilst maximizing efficiency for data management and compliance. Its software can locate, secure and lock down data to ensure security and compliance are taken care of within a single software package.
The company originally focused on data management, offering compliance and security as optional add-ons. However, due to the increasing complexity of data regulations, Egnyte switched to a more unified approach. The company is held in high regard, within an industry set to soar in value over the coming years.
