Role
Who you are
- We are looking for a highly motivated, sales-focused Client Growth Partner who thrives in a results-driven environment
- The ideal candidate will excel at driving aggressive revenue growth and expanding our footprint within new and existing accounts
- 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client management, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional closing skills, with a deep understanding of complex sales cycles and experience negotiating large, high-value contracts
- Demonstrated success in driving multi-million-dollar revenue growth through both new client acquisition and existing account expansion
- Expertise in prospecting, qualifying, and closing high-value sales opportunities across multiple industries, ideally within [insert relevant industry]
- Relentless drive to sell and grow accounts, with the ability to pursue and secure opportunities aggressively, even in competitive markets
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop deep client relationships at all levels, especially the C-suite
- Ability to craft persuasive pitches and proposals that align with client needs and differentiate us from competitors
- Committed to be at the client's office twice a week, building relationships and hunting new opportunities
What the job involves
- As a Sales-Driven Client Partner, your primary responsibility is to maximize sales potential, exceed ambitious targets, and rapidly scale revenue
- You will be the driving force behind business development, cultivating strong client relationships, and identifying every possible opportunity to grow our market share
- Drive aggressive revenue growth targets across assigned accounts and new prospects and partner with business leaders to deliver on those targets
- Leverage deep industry knowledge to close high-value deals and consistently outperform quarterly and annual sales targets
- Actively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities, ensuring a robust sales pipeline to fuel ongoing growth
- Execute a proactive sales strategy that prioritizes high-revenue opportunities and accelerates deal closures
- Continuously hunt for new business by leveraging your network, market knowledge, and insights into client challenges to present compelling solutions
- Work relentlessly to expand our footprint within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Operate with a laser focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets, taking ownership of your book of business and pushing boundaries to exceed expectations
- Build and manage a robust, qualified pipeline of new business prospects, ensuring consistent deal flow and fast-paced progression from lead generation to closing
- Lead high-stakes contract negotiations to maximize deal size, ensuring both the company and the client derive maximum value
- Demonstrate exceptional closing skills, moving deals forward quickly while securing long-term commitments and favorable terms
- Drive account growth and client expansion by developing relationships with key decision-makers at all levels, including C-suite
- Actively pursue strategic, high-value accounts, using consultative selling techniques to position our solutions as indispensable to the client's success
- Mine existing accounts for every opportunity to sell new services or solutions, growing account value consistently
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging market needs to strategically position our offerings for future sales opportunities
- Capture client’s feedback, ensuring we anticipate needs and position ourselves as their first choice for digital transformation or related services
- Collaborate closely with business leaders & delivery teams to align on strategies that enable faster deal closures and more value-driven proposals
- Act as a sales leader within the assigned accounts, helping drive sales initiatives, fostering a competitive spirit, and mentoring others on sales tactics
