Role
Who you are
- Proven experience supporting end-to-end product delivery, contributing across discovery, development, launch, and iteration
- Highly effective at product discovery, engaging customers, and validating problem–solution fit
- Skilled at turning complex user needs and business goals into clear, actionable product requirements
- The ability to engage confidently with engineers and understand system-level implications
- Strong internal and external stakeholder relationship-building skills
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) across all levels of the business
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing both tactical and strategic initiatives
- Proactive, collaborative, and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Desirable
- An understanding of agile product management practices
- Experience in an early-stage startup environment
- Background in B2B SaaS, ideally involving operational workflows
What the job involves
- As a Product Manager, you’ll help shape the future of our platform by leading a greenfield module and partnering with founders, engineering, and cross-functional teams to define the vision and deliver initiatives from strategy through to optimisation
- You’ll stay closely connected to customer needs, champion evidence-based decisions through discovery and research, and ensure we focus on the most valuable problems
- With significant autonomy, you’ll help guide the development of the roadmap, work with teams to prioritise the backlog, clearly communicate scope and trade-offs, and help refine product processes while fostering a customer-obsessed, data-driven culture
- Contribute to shaping and evolving the product roadmap to align with business goals, customer needs, and long-term product vision
- Prioritise features, enhancements, and experiments to drive high-value outcomes
- Leverage customer insights, research, and market trends to uncover opportunities
- Collaborate across the product lifecycle, from discovery to optimisation, maintaining a continuous discovery mindset
- Translate complex problems into clear requirements with engineering and design
- Maintain high-quality delivery by managing risks, expectations, and outcomes
- Analyse user behaviour and product metrics to validate assumptions and guide prioritisation
- Conduct user research and usability tests to translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to support feature adoption and decision-making
- Ensure operational excellence by identifying and addressing process or technical gaps
- Guide QA and user testing to ensure features meet performance, functionality, and usability standards
