Who you are
- 7+ years in business development, partnerships, or strategy within healthcare (preferably health systems, digital health, or value-based care)
- Proven track record of selling and scaling B2B healthcare partnerships
- Deep understanding of health system operations, priorities, and decision-making processes
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven, and collaborative environment
- High ownership mentality—you proactively identify problems and take initiative to solve them
- Collaborative and low-ego; you build trust quickly across teams and lead without formal authority
- Deeply mission-driven and excited about shaping the future of healthcare
- Ready to roll up your sleeves and jump in wherever needed—no task too big or small
Desirable
- Experience leading GTM at a Series A company
- Familiarity with health system sales, extra bonus points if selling bandwidth extender visits (virtual clinic partnering to grow service capacity)
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and presentation skills (bonus: experience with tools like Hubspot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Google Drive Suite, Notion, or Airtable)
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial Head of Business Development to accelerate our growth by building, scaling, and managing partnerships with health systems nationwide. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of business development, partnership management, and market expansion
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for expanding partnerships with health systems
- Identify and prioritize high-potential markets and health system partners
- Build relationships with C-suite and senior leadership within provider organizations
- Lead end-to-end partnership development — from initial outreach to contract negotiation and launch
- Collaborate with clinical, product, and marketing teams to deliver successful implementations
- Monitor and optimize partnership performance, driving adoption and measurable outcomes

An often overlooked area for digital innovation in healthcare, Neura Health focuses on providing benefits for sufferers of migraines and headaches, a debilitating range of conditions that can affect day-to-day life. Through its digital platform, Neura Health connects patients to neurologists and symptom monitoring tools alongside cognitive exams, psychomotor tests, insights into symptom triggers, and prescription ordering.
Spurred by the sector demand, Neura Health capitalized on the rise of digital clinics and their potential for conditions that affect movement disorders and light sensitivity. Accessibility is key, and remote clinics help those without direct access to experts.
With substantial funding behind it, Neura Health plans to expand its platform to accommodate not only headaches but other chronic neurological conditions too. These include epilepsy, Parkinson’s, and multiple sclerosis, which will expand Neura Health’s customer draw exponentially.

- Paid Family Leave: For non-clinical full-time employees, we offer 12 weeks of paid amternity leave and 4 weeks paid paternity leave after 1 year of fulltime employment. For our full-time clinicians, we offer 8 weeks of paid maternity leave and 3 weeks paid paternity leave after 1 year of full-time employment
