What the job involves
- As a Performance Creative Associate for Sleeper, you will be responsible for crafting eye-catching, edgy, and entertaining video content that promotes our app and engages our target audience
- You’ll leverage the latest trends, memes, and challenges on TikTok to create campaigns that captivate sports fans and elevate the Sleeper brand
- Content Creation: Develop and produce original TikTok videos that highlight the unique features of the Sleeper app, including fantasy sports, real-time updates, and community interactions
- Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of TikTok trends and identify opportunities to create timely content that aligns with popular challenges, sounds, and hashtags
- Campaign Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute edgy marketing campaigns that drive user engagement and app downloads
- Audience Engagement: Actively engage with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering a sense of community around the Sleeper brand
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of your content, providing insights and recommendations for improvement based on engagement metrics
- Collaboration: Work closely with influencers, athletes, and content creators to amplify campaigns and broaden reach

The popularity of being able to create fantasy teams and enjoy watching sports virtually has taken socialising around sports to a virtual level. In fact, the fantasy sports market size is expected to reach $48.6 billion by 2027. Sleeper was initially an app on which users discussed fantasy sports, but in 2017, it began hosting free fantasy football leagues, competing with sites like Yahoo. Integrating social media and sports, the company is now known to be one of the best DFS communities to hang out on.
A recent funding round means Sleeper can make plans to expand the game offerings on its platform and build a new feature called Wallet that will enable users to sync their preferred payment methods to the platform. There has been consistent growth for the platform since founding and it has successfully attracted a loyal user base.
