Role
Who you are
- Outbound sales experience is essential
- Experienced in B2B Sales & Account Management – You’ve successfully sold services to tech companies, ideally in HR, SaaS, or talent acquisition
- Knowledgeable About Tech Hiring Needs – Familiar with challenges and opportunities in international hiring, relocation, and workforce mobility
- Fluent in English (C1-C2 level) – Any knowledge of Portuguese, Spanish, or Italian is a plus!
- Familiar with European Talent Markets – Experience working in the Portuguese, Spanish, or Italian tech ecosystems is highly valued
- Tech-Savvy & Data-Driven – Comfortable using modern sales tools, CRM systems, and analytics for strategic decision-making
Desirable
- Experience with selling HR, payroll services or similar services to companies would be a plus
What the job involves
- We help fast-growing tech companies attract and onboard top international talent with seamless relocation and hiring solutions. Now, we're looking for a B2B Sales Lead to drive strategic partnerships, expand our client base, and help companies hire globally with ease
- Partner with Tech Companies – Build and manage relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Operations teams at fast-scaling startups and enterprises
- Consultative Sales & Business Development – Understand hiring needs, provide tailored solutions, and drive long-term partnerships with companies hiring internationally
- Client Outreach & Engagement – Leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Outreach to identify and connect with potential clients
- Market Expansion – Develop and execute sales strategies to strengthen our presence in the Portuguese, Spanish, and Italian tech ecosystems
- Seamless Onboarding & Support – Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for companies hiring global talent
