Who you are
- We are looking for an experienced, assiduous and hyper-detailed project manager with a strong track record of building internal relationships and keeping all stakeholders accountable and on time
- 2+ years’ experience GTM
- 3+ years’ project management experience
- You are operationally excellent and thrive in the unknown (#startuplyfe!)
- You can manage a large volume of moving pieces without breaking a sweat (did we say "#startuplyfe!"??)
- You approach everything you do with obsession to detail and adherence to timelines
- You have a strong ability to engage and motivate people

What the job involves
- The Market Launch Lead is responsible for carrying out - and turbo charging! - Aidaly’s growth strategy nationwide
- This role is critical for preparing and delivering on each market’s (US states) opportunity and access points, identifying and cataloging elements that can be turnkey and those that are state-specific, like local regulations, demographics, etc
- This role will be extremely cross-functional, project managing everything from research into states' particular needs to market launch timelines to market-specific product features and more
- Research the nuances of local healthcare policy to ensure Aidaly maintains its position as the standard bearer in home health care
- Drive implementation of Aidaly’s market-specific access strategies, including clear and comprehensive timelines, tasks, contingencies and measurable outcomes
- Create strategic GTM playbooks for each market, iterating and adapting per the local regulations and community needs
Our take
Aidaly is aiming to help the millions of family caregivers in the US who provide billions of hours of care - often for little or no compensation. The company provides an online service which can help caregivers navigate the complex landscape of antiquated systems in the space, and access the benefits they deserve.
Competitors like Cariloop are similarly serving caregivers. However, while Cariloop operate as an employee benefit which frees up care-giving employees’ time for employers, Aidaly is more of a consumer-fintech. The company directly helps caregivers to be financially compensated for their work for the first time.
The company must now expand to onboard new users if it is to grow successfully. This may be difficult, as its target users are presses for time and may be suspicious of a startup seemingly offering them the world. That said, if Aidaly can get a foothold then the value of its offering will no doubt attract more caregivers in the future.
