Who you are

5+ years of building production software, ideally with 2+ years at startups or growth companies
Proficiency in our tech stack: React, NextJs, Node.js (Typescript), React Native, Postgres, AWS, Terraform, Redis
Experience building at scale, serving hundreds of thousands of end-users and large enterprise clients
Opinionated about up-leveling your own engineering skills and the team around you
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and recent AI developments
You are a self-motivated, creative doer who takes ownership of broad initiatives and drives them to completion, navigating ambiguity with ease
You have hands-on experience building consumer-facing products from the ground up in a high-growth, startup environment
You thrive on working alongside exceptional teammates and derive energy from fast-moving collaborative environments
You are familiar with AI/ML concepts and excited to work on the frontier of AI applications

What the job involves

We are seeking a talented, driven, and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join us in defining the future of AI + human healthcare
You will have significant responsibility and ownership over our product, along with the opportunity to shape the future of our engineering organization. You will work cross-functionally with product, clinical, and commercial teams while interfacing with prominent healthcare organizations nationwide as we lead the future of AI in clinical care
Our engineering work spans a range of disciplines, including full-stack web development, data infrastructure, mobile development, and AI/MLOps. Our culture is fast-paced and ambitious, and we aim for every team member to be exceptional
Leading initiatives with our Product and Design teams to ship and iterate on unique product experiences in AI-enabled care that improve patient engagement and outcomes
Working closely with our ML research team to bring cutting-edge AI/LLM techniques into clinical care and implement these features into our agentic framework
Improving our physician-facing care platform and integrating AI tooling to increase physician efficiency and clinical capabilities
Architecting scalable backend systems, such as health data ingestion pipelines and enterprise client integrations
