What the job involves
- As a Policy Implementation and Process Specialist your responsibilities will be to support the business through a wide range of daily operational processes
- You’ll be part of a team that works to implement, build, and improve the processes that get risky users referred and actioned as quickly and accurately as possible, with a goal to minimize fraud visibility, fraud conversion, fraud loss, and claims
- We partner with Policy functional owners to understand their policy and what results they wish to achieve
- We then partner closely with GCX, CS Tech, and other teams to operationalize these policies and put them into execution
- We also act as a bridge between Policy and our GCX partners, helping to ensure GCX is prepared for any new policy changes or additions, and we are the point of contact for problem-solving automation or referral volume issues!
