Role
Who you are
- Education: Master 2 in General Private Law or Business Law (with a specialization or strong interest in Contract Law and Commercial Law)
- Experience: A successful first experience of at least 2 years in a company or law firm
- “Solution” mindset: You are rigorous but pragmatic . You know how to transform a legal constraint into a business opportunity
- English: A good level is required to collaborate on our European projects and our English subsidiary
- Tools: You are comfortable with modern tools ( Notion , Slack, etc.) and traditional legal databases. You have an interest in AI tools applied to the legal field. No need to be an expert—we're looking for someone curious and proactive on the subject
What the job involves
- Reporting to Maureen (Head of Legal), you will work closely with Dayane, our Legal Counsel, on a daily basis. Your role is to ensure the successful development of Jump while being a true partner to the operational teams
- Your main tasks:
- Business Support (Sales & Care) : Supporting teams on daily issues of contracting and social law related to umbrella company arrangements
- Contracts & Negotiation : Drafting, analysis and negotiation of all Group contracts (commercial contracts for umbrella companies, service contracts , strategic partnerships)
- Expansion & Cross-Functional Projects : Participate in the legal structuring of our new projects and support our international deployment (particularly on the contractual aspect related to the UK launch and in other countries)
- Corporate: Manage the social life and legal formalities of the various entities of the Group (annual general meetings, and other corporate formalities)
- Monitoring & Compliance : Ensuring active monitoring of business law and social law to keep our “OS” up to date in the face of regulatory developments
- Legal Ops & AI: Identification and deployment of AI tools to automate and accelerate legal tasks ( contract review , monitoring, document management)

- Founder Interview (30 min) with Nicolas, CEO

Our take
