Technical Account Manager, Multiverse Computing

• Mid-level experience in a technical environment (ML, AI, or software engineering background preferred)
• Comfortable discussing AI, machine learning, and software development concepts with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working on or alongside delivery-focused projects
• Ability to understand complex technical topics and explain them clearly
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects and customers
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on practical outcomes and delivery

• We are looking for a mid-level Technical Account Manager to own the relationship with our clients across multiple ongoing projects
• This role sits at the intersection of technology, delivery, and customer success, with a strong focus on repeat business and long-term partnerships
• You will work closely with Project Managers, engineers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered successfully, customer needs are clearly understood, and new opportunities are identified early.
• This is a delivery-focused role in a scaling company, ideal for someone with a technical background who enjoys working with customers and driving projects forward
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers and projects
• Build long-term relationships with customers, focusing on trust, continuity, and repeat business
• Ensure customer expectations are aligned with project scope, timelines, and delivery
• Work closely with Project Managers to understand project status, risks, and upcoming needs
• Translate customer requirements into clear inputs for technical and delivery teams
• Proactively identify blockers, misalignments, or scope changes and help resolve them
• Engage regularly with customers to understand their business goals, technical challenges, and future plans
• Perform client and product research to anticipate potential needs or opportunities
• Help customers understand how our AI, ML, and software solutions can support their objectives
• Identify opportunities for follow-up projects, extensions, or new use cases
• Collaborate with internal teams to shape proposals or next steps based on customer needs
• Support account growth through a deep understanding of both the technology and the customer context
• Fixed-term contract ending in June 2026
