Who you are
- Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including executives
- Strong ability to build relationships, understand client needs, and communicate clearly in both written and verbal form
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Technical orientation – ability to understand and discuss Optimove’s solution and customer requirements from both functional and technical perspectives (e.g., data flows, integrations, system behavior)
- Strong presentation skills, including presenting to senior and executive audiences
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc or BA), preferably in a technology-related field (CS, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, etc.)
- 2–4 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager
- Experience working in a SaaS environment – advantage
- Project Management certification – advantage
What the job involves
- As a Onboarding Project Manager at Optimove, you will own and drive complex onboarding implementation projects end to end
- You will work directly with clients, manage timelines and technical requirements, and coordinate across internal teams to ensure successful delivery from project inception through launch and handover, with a strong focus on time-to-value and client outcomes
- Manage complex onboarding implementation projects for enterprise and large customers across various verticals (gaming, eCommerce, Forex, and others)
- Own all aspects of project delivery, from kick-off through completion and transition to Business as Usual
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and expectation management
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive delivery of technical implementations, including data onboarding and integrations
- Translate client goals and requirements into clear project plans, milestones, and priorities
- Track and communicate project status, risks, issues, decisions, and action items to internal and external stakeholders
- Identify dependencies, risks, and trade-offs early, and proactively drive resolution
- Manage multiple onboarding projects in parallel while maintaining quality and momentum
