What the job involves
- This role is important to the business: by making our partners successful, you’re expanding Spot AI’s reach, helping our customers get more value, and building the foundation for long-term growth
- Drive success for existing and strategic partners by ensuring they are equipped to sell, deploy, and expand Spot AI solutions
- Act as the primary point of contact for key partners—building trust, supporting execution, and strengthening long-term relationships
- Enable and educate partners on Spot AI’s platform through training sessions, playbooks, and joint go-to-market resources
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to create the materials and messaging needed to help partners succeed
- Support revenue growth by expanding within existing partner accounts and co-selling in strategic opportunities
- Gather feedback and insights from partners to inform product development, improve partner programs, and drive continuous improvement
- Operate with extreme accountability by owning partner adoption, engagement, and results with a founder’s mentality

Video intelligence is the process of analyzing real-time video footage with AI-driven computer vision to diagnose and solve problems. Whilst most businesses could benefit from such technology, it usually requires the expensive and disruptive installation of specialized camera equipment, and when combined with its complexity of use, this deters many potential users.
Spot AI develops an AI-driven video intelligence platform for businesses, offering software integrations for existing cameras and free-to-use high-resolution cameras. The platform allows all relevant parties to access videos securely and investigate them through AI-driven computer vision, preventing the need for time-consuming manual investigations and back-and-forth access dilemmas.
The largest challenge the company faces is the expensive nature of video intelligence, but Spot AI provides its technology either through integration with existing cameras or by providing its high-definition cameras for free. 2025 saw it release a breakthrough for the industry - the first remote video AI agents for physical security.
Along with offering 24/7 cloud storage to unlimited users with automated privacy compliance, these approaches show potential for the company to boost accessibility to video intelligence whilst making the technology easier to use, more effective, and less expensive.
