Senior Manager of Data Engineering, Unity

• Prior success with setting up and leading teams delivering data solutions to support business teams and operations
• Ability to take business needs and turn them into long term scalable solutions
• Experience leading teams to design complex large scale data models, ETL pipelines and data production systems
• Expertise with relevant data tools and technologies: such as BigQuery, Redshift, data visualization tools (i.e. Looker, Tableau) and open source tooling for data quality like BigEye
• Ability to lead projects through all phases including identifying user requirements, technical design & implementation, and final delivery and refinement with partners

• We are seeking an experienced engineering leader to lead the design, development, and implementation of data pipelines and infrastructure to support the data needs for internal enterprise customers
• You will manage a team of data engineers and work closely with cross-functional data and business teams to identify and prioritize data needs, and ensure that data is properly collected, stored, governed and made available for analysis and reporting
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of data pipelines and infrastructure
• Grow and mentor team to optimally improve data solutions supporting business analysis and operations
• Coordinate with internal partners to identify data challenges and design solutions
• Own the processes, practices and foundation for business data production and incident management that will support hyper growth of data usage and dependency
• Develop and implement best practices for data governance, privacy and security
