Account Executive, Huq Industries

• Proven Closing Track Record: Minimum of 2 years experience in a closing role (AE) within the SaaS industry. You must have a history of hitting or exceeding quota.
• Data Literacy: Ability to talk comfortably about data, analytics, or technical products. You don’t need to be a data scientist, but you must be able to explain the "so what" behind the numbers.
• Sales Methodology: Familiarity with a structured sales framework (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN).
• Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills with the confidence to pitch to Directors and C-level stakeholders.
• Self-Starter Mentality: High autonomy. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you define your own daily activity to reach your goals

• As an AE at Huq, you aren't just selling "software" - you are selling insights. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from initial discovery to close.
• Full-Cycle Ownership: Managing a pipeline of inbound leads while strategically prospecting into high-value target accounts.
• Complex Solution Selling: Navigating multi-stakeholder deals where you’ll need to translate complex data sets into clear ROI for C-suite executives.
• Discovery & Demos: Conducting deep-dive discovery calls to understand a prospect's urban planning or investment challenges, followed by tailored product walkthroughs.
• Closing & Negotiation: Driving urgency in the sales process and navigating procurement/legal to hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Market Intelligence: Acting as a feedback loop for our Product team, sharing what the market is asking for in the world of mobility data.
