Who you are

MRI Software is seeking a motivated, customer-focused, and target-driven individual to join our Inside Sales Team
This role is perfect for someone eager to develop their skills in client relationship management, sales, and business development within a dynamic tech company
A recent graduate (or equivalent experience) with a passion for sales and technology
Strong communication and interpersonal skills—confident speaking with clients at all levels
An eager learner, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
A curious and proactive mindset—interested in business trends and sales strategies
Understanding of (or willingness to learn about) social media for business networking
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

What the job involves

This role is perfect for someone eager to develop their skills in client relationship management, sales, and business development within a dynamic tech company
Build relationships with existing clients through phone, email, and social media
Support contract renewals while identifying new sales opportunities
Research client needs and market trends to uncover business opportunities
Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses
Maintain up-to-date client records using our CRM and sales enablement tools
Participate in sales and product training to enhance your skills and knowledge
Contribute to team meetings and provide insights based on client interactions
Represent MRI Software at customer events, workshops, and industry initiatives
