- This role calls for a hands-on creative leader with deep experience in design, art direction, and visual storytelling — someone who can think conceptually, execute beautifully, and stretch what healthcare can look and feel like

- Creative tools and innovation. You’re fluent in Figma and use AI tools like Nano Banana, Weavy, and others as part of your creative process
- You stay curious about new ways to concept, design, and prototype faster. Familiarity with 3D tools like Blender is a bonus

- You’re generous with feedback, great in a jam session, and comfortable presenting and aligning across teams

- Experience and leadership. 10+ years in Design and at least 5 years as a Creative Director or Design Director, leading campaign work at a high level across both agency and in-house environments

- Champion creative excellence. You’ll set the visual bar across all brand work — campaigns, product marketing, CRM, landing pages, paid, OOH, and TV — ensuring every piece ladders up to a cohesive, modern, and differentiated brand experience
- Collaborate across teams. You’ll work daily with creative, growth, product, and marketing leaders to align strategy, priorities, and execution
- Shape campaigns. You’ll define the art direction and visual strategy for top-of-funnel campaigns, working closely with copy partners to bring bold ideas to life across channels
- Mentor through craft. While this is an individual contributor role, you’ll inspire and guide other designers by example — modeling great design thinking, sharp taste, and thoughtful feedback
- Advocate for inclusivity. You’ll continuously prioritize diversity, inclusion, and representation in your work, bringing empathy and intention to each design choice you make
