Who you are
- Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of the Spanish market and customer landscape
- 3+ years of direct sales experience at a software vendor, with a proven track record of closing deals and driving territory growth
- Experience selling into the commercial segment (50–1,500 employees)
- Experience working with or through channel partners is strongly preferred
- Cybersecurity experience is also strongly preferred
- Skilled in managing complex sales cycles, from inbound qualification to executive-level negotiations
- Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Results-oriented mindset with a competitive edge and high level of self-motivation
- Strong presentation, storytelling, and objection-handling skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
What the job involves
- SentinelOne is seeking a driven Senior Commercial Sales Representative to help grow our presence across Spain and Portugal.
- If you’ve spent at least 3 years closing new business in the commercial space, love the hunt for new logos, and are motivated by exceeding targets, you’ll feel right at home here. We’re looking for someone who builds strong relationships, enjoys solving client challenges, and is energized by winning
- You’ll help accelerate growth across commercial accounts (up to 1,500 employees) in Spain and Portugal. That means owning the full sales cycle, building a strong pipeline, and working closely with both customers and channel partners. While you’ll spend most of your time hunting for new business, you’ll also nurture a select group of existing accounts
- Lead the entire sales process — from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and close — with key decision-makers at mid-sized companies
- Partner with channel teams, field sales, and internal stakeholders to unlock the full potential of your territory
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline using a mix of outbound efforts and inbound opportunities
- Develop solid product and market expertise to confidently communicate the value of SentinelOne’s solutions
- Keep a pulse on industry trends and the competitive landscape to strengthen your consultative approach
- Consistently achieve (and aim to exceed) revenue targets with sharp forecasting and pipeline discipline
- Share accurate weekly forecasts and insights with leadership
- Travel once or twice a month as needed
- Work fully remotely from Spain
Our take
Cybercriminals are now leveraging the power of automation to make the current threat landscape too advanced for a lot of legacy antivirus software. SentinelOne is a cybersecurity company that matches this automation, with machine learning-focused software that is built to help businesses battle online attacks.
The company expanded the scope of its business from the endpoint security market to three markets valued at a combined $30 billion, including the corporate endpoint security and IT operations management markets. This gives SentinelOne a bigger potential customer base, although also puts them in direct competition with more focused cybersecurity companies, in addition to its biggest competitor, CrowdStrike.
When the company went public, it made financial headlines as the highest-valued cybersecurity IPO ever, which gave SentinelOne a market cap of $10B, though it's now fallen to around $4B. It has subsequently launched S Ventures, a $100M fund, through which SentinelOne invests in cybersecurity startups and has expanded its partnership with major tax firm KPMG to accelerate cyber investigations and responses to threats.
