What the job involves
- We are looking for an On-Site Coordinator who will be in charge of the operational delivery success and growth of one of our Job&Talent Global Clients
- Working Hours: Sunday-Thursday, 8 hours a day between 06:00-18:00
- Manage daily worker attendance, including check-ins/outs, absence follow-ups, and real-time headcount reconciliation against client requirements
- Act as the primary point of contact between the client’s operational teams and the agency, ensuring shift coverage, volume changes, and priorities are communicated and executed accurately
- Provide on-the-ground support to temporary workers, address day-to-day issues, monitor performance and conduct, and escalate concerns in line with agency and client processes
- Ensure all deployed workers remain compliant with right-to-work, training, induction, and site-specific health & safety requirements before and during assignment
- Maintain accurate records of hours worked, incidents, productivity metrics, and attrition, supplying timely updates to internal stakeholders and supporting accurate payroll and invoicing
