• In this role, you will be connecting with small business owners providing bookkeeping and accounting solutions that bring them peace of mind
• Your engagement with small business owners will include building and cultivating relationships; problem solving, securing leads and closing the sale if the Xendoo product is a fit for them
• Handle inbound consultations, conduct sales discovery and follow up with leads received through multiple channels
• Support Xendoo onboarding team by preparing adequate documentation of customer business needs and providing information prior to customer onboarding calls
• Assist operations and bookkeeping teams with customer experience, including but not limited to: escalated support requests and platform support
