What the job involves
- As an Account Manager at TAG, you will be the primary relationship owner of a group of customer accounts, responsible for retention and growth within that account portfolio
- You will focus on growth and retention while providing insights of your accounts to the Adaptavist Group
- Your account activities will support initiatives across multiple departments including marketing, licensing, and business development
- Develop yearly account plans to assist in budgeting and setting KPIs
- Execute tactical actions to support account plan outcomes and KPI achievement
- Prepare and deliver customer KPI reporting and analysis
- Conduct value-added business reviews to ensure key account retention and satisfaction
- Maintain trusted advisor status through consultative sales conversations
- Act as the primary point of contact for key account issues, escalations, and requests
- Maintain a healthy sales funnel and pipeline within existing accounts to grow share of wallet
- Conduct thorough needs discoveries to shape problem statements addressing customer challenges
- Deliver strong value propositions to maximize sales revenue
- Identify key decision-makers and involve them in relevant discussions
- Build relationships with account influencers through social engagements
- Collaborate with customers to develop expansion strategies
- Engage internal resources to proactively solve sales obstacles and customer challenges

Worked as a Senior Security Consultant for Barclaycard, and was Director of WTG. First joined Adaptavist as a Board Advisor, and was made CEO in 2010.

Reece joined TAG as an Associate Software Engineer in May 2019. Within 5 months, they advanced to Software Engineer, then to Senior in under two years, and by September 2024, became Staff Engineer.
Sarah joined TAG as a Project Manager in 2017 in the Toronto office. They found their true calling in Sales and made an internal move a couple of years later and have since advanced to become a Strategic Sales Executive.
Rodrigo initially worked with TAG as a Contractor before joining the UK team permanently as a Commercial Operations Analyst. Since then, they moved to the Madrid office as a Business Operations Manager.
