Role
Who you are
- 1+ year(s) experience in a help desk or IT-related role
- Experience with triaging Level 1 IT requests
- Familiar with Apple Devices & MacOS administration
- Basic understanding of networking concepts
Desirable
- Knowledge of SaaS Software Administration
- Experience with a CRM or IT Ticketing System
- G-Suite or Office365 Administration
- Single-Sign-On (SSO) SAML Administration
- Experience with Mobile Device Management

- We are looking for a passionate IT Coordinator to support all aspects of our IT infrastructure and resolve day-to-day IT requests
- You will be joining the team of talented Information Technology Professionals on a mission to support and enable every team at Loopio through the use of technology best practices, automation and modern day technology products

- Act as the main point of contact for all IT related questions
- Assist with onboarding new hires
- Working with all departments to find the best solution for day-to-day IT requirements
- Contribute to building the IT infrastructure and IT Documentation Database
- Keep an up-to-date IT Asset list
- Project based work including hardware and software implementation
