- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity presales, solutions architecture, or technical leadership
- Proven success building and transforming high-performing technical teams
- Deep expertise in offensive and defensive cybersecurity, vulnerability management, or threat detection
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders
- Passion for mentoring, developing talent, and driving organizational growth
- Exceptional communication skills — able to simplify complex cybersecurity concepts
- Experience partnering cross-functionally to deliver aligned customer and business outcomes
- Data-driven approach to performance management and strategic decision-making

What the job involves
- We are seeking an exceptional Americas Leader for our Solution Architect organization — a visionary, hands-on leader who can inspire, transform, and scale a world-class presales team at the forefront of offensive cybersecurity
- This leader will empower a team of technical experts who engage with customers from initial discovery through proof of value, driving measurable outcomes that demonstrate the power of Horizon3.ai’s autonomous security platform
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Solution Architects across the Americas
- Build a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and accountability
- Drive presales strategy and execution across enterprise, mid-market, and channel segments
- Ensure customer engagements, demos, and proofs of value meet the highest standards of excellence
- Translate complex cybersecurity challenges into clear business outcomes
- Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align on strategy and execution
- Represent the voice of the field to influence product innovation and roadmap priorities
- Cultivate executive-level relationships to position Horizon3.ai as a trusted cybersecurity advisor
- Recruit, mentor, and develop world-class technical talent
- Use data-driven insights to measure impact and continuously improve team performance
