• This critical role blends deep UX thinking, user-centered design, and high-fidelity visual design to create intuitive, engaging, and high-impact web experiences that clearly communicate Filevine’s AI-first value and ensure visual and functional consistency
• Design and iterate on responsive web experiences that align with Filevine’s brand and business goals
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate, high-quality handoff and implementation of designs
• Translate complex, AI-driven concepts into intuitive and engaging user experiences
• Contribute to and maintain design systems, components, and visual standards
• Contribute to, and maintain the company's web design system, components, and visual standards to ensure consistency and efficiency
• Work closely with front-end developers to prepare and execute design handoffs, ensuring accurate implementation of the intended user experience and visual quality
