Senior Technical Recruiter, Counsel Health

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with at least 3+ years in technical recruiting
• Proven success hiring across technical, clinical, and ops within high-growth startups
• Experience scaling recruiting operations from early-stage to growth-phase organizations
• Deep understanding of engineering skill sets and demonstrated success filling roles such as backend, frontend, full-stack, ML/AI, data engineering, and DevOps
• Experience designing and optimizing scalable recruiting processes and metrics, emphasizing efficiency and candidate experience
• Proficiency with ATS systems, with a strong focus on data integrity and analytics-driven insights
• Proven success in building and executing outbound sourcing strategies for niche or senior-level roles
• Has acted as a trusted advisor to leadership and hiring teams, showcasing exceptional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• We’re looking for the first full-time Senior Technical Recruiter on our team to build and scale Counsel Health’s recruiting engine. In this role, you’ll own full-cycle hiring across technical roles, but lean into clinical and operational teams, helping to shape the company’s talent strategy

• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing market insights and ensuring alignment, communication, and transparency throughout the hiring process
• Embed inclusive hiring practices and champion diversity, equity, and representation as core pillars of Counsel’s growth
