Role
Who you are
- 8+ years experience in a related position, with knowledge of ESG and carbon issues, the private markets, and European regulatory trends a major plus
- Proven campaign development and project management skills to design and execute initiatives of all sizes, across various channels, on budget and with desired outcomes
- Exceptional copy-writing skills, including demonstrated ability to develop impactful content marketing materials
- Ability to work independently to execute a range of marketing deliverables
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects seamlessly
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with proven ability to connect and communicate effectively across diverse groups
What the job involves
- Novata’s Marketing Manager - Europe will lead the development of marketing campaigns for Novata’s ESG data management solution and sustainability services in Europe
- As part of Novata’s global Marketing team, this role is responsible for building awareness and driving demand in Europe to advance Novata’s mission to achieve a more sustainable and inclusive form of capitalism
- This role will design and execute marketing campaigns that clearly communicate best practices for collecting and managing non-financial data, analyzing ESG and carbon data, reporting for regulation and regional requirements, action planning, and impact
- This role reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and is based in the UK on a hybrid working arrangement
- Lead the development of multi-channel marketing campaigns for Novata’s strategy in Europe, whilst fully aligning with our global strategy and brand messaging
- Output could include, but is not limited to, marketing brochures, videos, presentation decks, webinars, hosted and third-party events, paid media, digital and print content, email promotions
- This is a hands-on role. The successful candidate will be responsible for writing sales enablement and content marketing copy, managing event logistics and contracts, coordinating with partner organizations, etc
- Build strong internal partnerships to deepen, drive, and coordinate Novata’s marketing and communications across European business segments
- Proactively highlight opportunities for regional stakeholders to support and amplify Novata activity
- Measure and report on the success of activities
- Contribute to the success of Novata’s overall global marketing initiatives
