Who you are
- Do you love good food and enjoy talking about the latest food trends? Are you data-driven, ambitious, and passionate about performance marketing? Start-ups are your thing and you thrive in a dynamic, collaborative team environment?
- We're looking for a hands-on, results-oriented individual who knows Google Ads inside and out - someone who loves digging into campaign performance, testing new approaches, and turning data into impact
- 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience, with deep knowledge of campaign types, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and Quality Score levers
- Proven experience managing six-figure monthly budgets in a fast-paced environment
- Confident and decisive with performance data - you diagnose issues, act independently, and consistently deliver against KPIs
- Solid understanding of conversion setup, and feed health management
- Proficient in English; German is a plus
- Based in Germany or Austria (remote possible)
Desirable
- Hands-on experience scaling YouTube campaigns efficiently
- Experience with/or interest in SEO and GEO
What the job involves
- Are you ready to take our Google Ads channel to the next level? Perfect! We're offering an exciting opportunity to join Every as a (Senior) SEA Manager (m/f/d), where you'll be embedded in a supportive team environment and make a real, measurable impact from day one
- Own Google Media Buying end-to-end, campaign management, performance measurement and optimisation across Search (brand & non-brand), Performance Max, Shopping, DemandGen, YouTube and Microsoft Ads
- Build and continuously improve account structures, bidding strategies, and campaign setups
- Drive search query mining, keyword expansion, and audience strategy
- Increase Google channel efficiency and incrementality within our broader channel mix
- Own feed optimization and maintain a strong testing culture through structured A/B experiments
- Identify and unlock new growth opportunities within Google's ecosystem
- Potentially take on SEO and agentic GEO responsibilities

Our take
We lead busy lives - working, going out, exercising - and often don’t have time to cook. But every® wants to make sure we’re still eating quality, healthy food without taking up any extra time.
They sell themselves as a perfect marriage of nutrition, sustainability and ease - their meals are all plant-based, delivered by bike where possible and come in packaging that’s entirely recyclable or compostable. They’re also a certified Carbon Neutral company, and their eco credentials definitely endear them to their target market.
However, it’s a very overcrowded market in which they operate. There are so many food delivery options, and plenty of plant-based ready meal competitors as well. But they’ve managed to expand into 4 countries without investment (their two founders self-funded the business), which suggests a healthy customer base, and its B2B bulk ordering offering does mark them out somewhat.
