Product Marketing Manager, Instawork

• 4+ years of product marketing experience, with a focus on B2B marketing
• Proven experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new products or features
• Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and product positioning
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and tools for campaign execution and analysis
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear and compelling messaging
• Self-driven worker with the ability to set roadmaps, deliver results, and drive your own work while thriving in a collaborative team environment
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Biz Ops, Design, and Account Management, to ensure our product resonates with both core users and talent acquisition/recruitment teams
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and messaging, ensuring our offerings meet the needs of our users
• Create compelling marketing materials and campaigns that communicate the value of Instawork Hiring to target audiences, enhancing user engagement and product adoption
• Analyze product performance and user feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve user experience, leveraging insights to inform product and lifecycle strategies
• Own the performance of key metrics related to product marketing success, such as user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth
• Be an internal thought partner, aligning marketing efforts with overall business goals and ensuring a cohesive user experience
• Work closely with GTM teams to develop sales enablement tools and training, supporting them in driving partner engagement and retention
