What the job involves

As a Lead Gen Specialist, you’ll help turn marketing engagement into qualified sales opportunities while supporting demand gen, ABM, and lifecycle marketing programs
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is proactive, organized, comfortable communicating with prospects, and eager to gain hands-on experience across different areas of sales and marketing. This is a part-time role, 20-hours a week
Follow up with leads generated from events, webinars, content syndication, digital campaigns, and other marketing programs
Engage prospects through personalized email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach
Research prospects and accounts to better understand their business, role, and potential needs
Schedule qualified meetings with the appropriate Account Executive
Support ABM programs through account research, contact identification, and campaign coordination
Assist with lifecycle and nurture programs, including email campaigns, event follow-up, and prospect re-engagement
Keep lead and campaign information accurate and up to date
Track basic campaign and lead follow-up results and share learnings with the Marketing team
We don't require previous experience with our tech stack, but enthusiasm for learning is key. Our technologies include PostgreSQL, Tiger Cloud, AWS, Go, Docker, Kubernetes, Python, and innovative features like Hypertables, Hypercore, vector search, and real-time analytics
