Role

Who you are

  • You are comfortable in both generating insights and working with stakeholders to implement your proposed solutions. You have strong technical skills but also can communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization, including senior management
  • 2+ years experience in a Business Operations, Business Analyst or Product Strategy/Analytics role at a high growth tech company
  • Experience working in management consulting, investment banking, or venture capital preferred
  • Must be proficient with SQL and have experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker
  • Extremely comfortable with financial modeling and complex data analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator; you have the ability to tell a story combining data with qualitative insights, and you understand how to tailor your communication to any audience

What the job involves

  • The Senior Business Operations Associate will be a strategic partner across the business who gets into the weeds of our data
  • Analyze trends and underlying issues within the business; you will be responsible for understanding impacts in a multi-sided marketplace
  • Effectively communicate learnings and recommendations to key stakeholders; you will collaborate with stakeholders from across the organization to develop and deliver on your roadmap
  • Drive improvements in our operations with stakeholders across marketing, sales, account management, etc
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive strategic and financial planning for the business
  • Prepare board materials and similar presentations

Our take

Luxury hotels and resorts are often regarded as havens for the rich and famous, being reserved exclusively for guests who are willing to pay top dollar to stay overnight. However, ResortPass is changing this narrative, by building a day-pass marketplace for establishments that want to bring in guests to utilize their amenities throughout the day.

The demand for local experiences has soared in the past few years and ResortPass is taking advantage of these growing requests. ResortPass offers over 900 brands for guests to choose from, including the Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons and Sheraton. While some may argue ResortPass is removing the exclusivity for overnight guests, its business model is to monetize underutilized inventory and work alongside hotels to drive usage of these amenities.

ResortPass offers a distinct way for both tourists and residents to enjoy the facilities of upscale hotels and resorts.
