Who you are
- 5+ years of work experience in technical project or program environments
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
- Experience in Project Management, Technical Program Management, or Agile Program Management
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, prioritize needs, and build strong working relationships
- Track record of holding teams and individuals accountable to deliverables
- Skilled in project planning, forecasting, and progress tracking
- Systematic and analytical problem-solving ability
- Strong communication skills with a strong sense of ownership and drive
Desirable
- Fintech, financial services, or regulated industry experience
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence
- Report and dashboard building
What the job involves
- The role of the Agile Program Manager is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Program Manager to help lead critical Development initiatives and work closely with agile delivery teams
- These initiatives will support the rapid growth of Forge through the successful delivery of new products and product enhancements
- This role will work closely with many cross-functional delivery teams and other supporting functions to coordinate work efforts through a lean/agile process
- The Program Manager will be responsible owning the planning, reporting, and rollout of a portfolio of related projects while engaging with the team on day-to-day agile ceremonies aswell as quarterly planning.The effective candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering technology projects in a fast-paced company
- Additionally, the candidate will have a firm understanding of lean and agile project management principles and techniques
- Facilitate Agile Ceremonies, lead teams through quarterly planning
- Develop and manage end-to-end plans and ensure we deliver on our quarterly
- Objectives
- Manage cross-functional programs in a matrix organization
- Actively identify risks, inefficiencies, and resolve cross-team issues
- Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks
- Define and own metrics and key performance indicators
- Communicate delivery progress to stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with a wide range of teams and functions across Forge
