Payroll Analyst, Two Circles

• Graduate or equivalent educational qualifications to support this ‘early-career’ role

Desirable

• The Payroll Analyst is a key member of the global payroll team, providing support in the end-to-end running of payrolls and taking ownership of key foundational tasks
• Working with our payroll vendors to deliver end-to-end processing of our US and Canadian payrolls
• Take ownership of specific payroll tasks and processes, including:
• Produce routine payroll updates for managers
• Manage relationships with North American payroll vendors (e.g. ADP, G&A), acting as the key point of contact for issue resolution and process alignment
• Manage / clear general queries in the payroll inbox
• Support quarterly and annual payroll audits across all North American entities and vendors
• Assist with year-end activities including W-2 and T4 preparation and distribution
• Administer benefits and deductions processes, including 401(k), healthcare, and other employee benefits
• Work with the team to identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Work closely with the HR team to manage employee lifecycle changes (new hires, terminations, compensation changes), ensuring payroll inputs are accurate and compliant with company policy and local legislation
• Act as a key link between HR, Finance, and external payroll providers to ensure smooth and compliant payroll operations
