• You have 5+ years of experience in a high-performance commercial role, such as account management, sales, or business development
• You’ve worked directly with the NHS and understand how to build credibility with both clinical and non-clinical teams
• You’re high-energy and enthusiastic. You bring momentum and positivity to conversations and relationships
• You build relationships instinctively. You follow up without being asked, send the quick text, and make the call

Desirable

• You’ll be delivering Joy’s account growth priorities with a clear focus on customer renewals, upselling, and expansion across the NHS
• On a day-to-day basis, you will:
• Sell: You’ll be responsible for owning revenue in your region. That includes renewals, expansions, and creating new opportunities. You’ll speak to people regularly, from local programme leads to C-suite stakeholders at Integrated Care Boards. You should enjoy closing deals and shaping commercial conversations
• Build: You’ll be the go-to person for preventative healthcare in your patch. You’ll make time to understand your region, build relationships from cold, and grow small tactical use cases into strategic partnerships. You’ll be the kind of person people want to hear from and enjoy speaking to
• Own: You’ll be accountable for net revenue retention in your region. You’ll work alongside a customer success counterpart who leads on implementation and usage. Together, you’ll turn good delivery into commercial growth. You’ll be measured on conversations, conversions, and your ability to get under the skin of the NHS in your area
• Lead (future): This role starts as an individual contributor, but there’s plenty of room to grow. In time, there will be opportunities to shape the commercial function, build a team, and take on broader leadership if that’s something you’re interested in
