Product Manager, Canoe

• This is an ideal role for someone who already understands LPs—perhaps from relationship management, client success, investor services, or operations—and wants to step into product leadership
• 3–6 years in a product, client-facing, or operational role supporting LPs, investor services, IR, or private markets tech
• Deep empathy for LP workflows and the ability to explain what they value and why
• Strong communication and writing skills—clarity is non-negotiable
• Intellectual curiosity, a bias for action, and a desire to help build something great

• As a Product Manager, you’ll own the “why” and “what”—defining the product roadmap, working directly with limited partners (LPs), and translating insight into impact
• You’ll partner closely with Product Owners and Engineers to turn deep client understanding into real outcomes
• We’ll teach you product if you bring hunger, clarity, and client obsession
• Own product strategy for a defined area of the platform
• Translate LP workflows, pain points, and feedback into clear product direction
• Partner with Product Owners to define and deliver high-impact solutions
• Conduct user interviews, analyze usage patterns, and distill signal from noise
• Define success metrics and help the team measure progress against business outcomes
• Operate as the voice of the client inside the product org—and the voice of the product to the client
