What the job involves

We’re seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships to lead the development of high-impact relationships that expand Adonis’s reach, accelerate sales, and deepen our ecosystem presence
This person will own partnerships that create new revenue through EHR integrations, Private Equity networks, and advisory or distribution collaborations
Identify, prioritize, and execute partnerships with EHR vendors, PE firms, and consulting organizations
Design and operationalize GTM models (co-sell, referral, integration, reseller) that expand market reach
Collaborate with Sales leadership to turn partnerships into pipeline and closed revenue
Build joint business cases, enablement materials, and performance tracking frameworks
Represent Adonis externally with executive-level partners
Manage partnership KPIs and communicate impact to leadership

Our take

Adonis is a revenue intelligence and automation platform addressing the inefficiencies and complexities of revenue cycle management (RCM) in healthcare. Traditional RCM processes are often manual and fragmented, causing significant revenue losses and operational inefficiencies.

To combat these issues, Adonis has created a platform that integrates with electronic health records (EHRs) and uses AI to power real-time dashboards, alerts, claims tracking and smart worklists. These tools provide billing teams with insights to improve productivity, mitigate denials and prioritize the right tasks.
