IT Program Management Analyst, Elastic

• Understanding of compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, SOC2, ISO 27001, PCI) and IT governance
• Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into actionable plans and technical specifications
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across IT, Security, Engineering, HR, Legal, and Finance
• Expertise in business process analysis, requirements documentation, and workflow optimization
• Project management experience, ideally with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum)
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to adapt to evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and proactively tackle problems

• We are seeking a Program Management Analyst to join our IT team
• The IT team supports the company’s technology infrastructure, enabling secure, reliable, and scalable security controls across a global organization
• You'll drive successful delivery of IT security, governance, and risk management projects that align with business objectives and operational excellence
• Collaborate cross-functionally across various stakeholder organizations including IT, InfoSec, Legal, HR, and other stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business and limited technical requirements
• Translate ambiguous problems into actionable project plans
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks in business and technical processes
• Facilitate the identification and implementation of improvements, automation, and workflow optimizations
• Ensure alignment with company policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance frameworks (e.g. , SOX)
• Support IT governance and risk management initiatives
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions to ensure alignment and understanding across teams
• Communicate progress, risks, and priorities to management and stakeholders
• Maintain detailed documentation for processes, requirements, and technical specifications
• Define and execute test scripts for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions
• Use data to inform decisions, measure project success, and identify patterns or trends
• Provide data-driven recommendations for process improvements and risk mitigation
• Support change adoption initiatives, including training and communication
• Encourage innovation, scalability, and continuous improvement in processes and systems
