What the job involves

  • We are building a high performing sales team at Sendbird and are currently looking for an experienced Account Executive who can consult with our customers and challenge them to incorporate messaging as part of their user experience.
  • You will develop your own leads, transform the imagination of customers and developers, and close mid-market and enterprise-level deals. We value a tenacious work ethic and relentlessly resourceful people. This role works remotely and requires easy access to a major airport
  • Close mid-market and enterprise level customers in a fast paced and high-intensity environment
  • Focus on an outbound, self-sourced approach
  • Quickly build and nurture a 3-5x qualified sales pipeline
  • Maintain extremely high level of customer focused readiness and activities
  • Be willing and able to help grow the company in a multifaceted environment

Sendbird offers APIs to help companies build their own text and video communication features. The company's suite of solutions helps businesses worldwide improve customer retention, conversion, & optimized customer support.

The company has been developing its APIs fast, including adding moderation capabilities - an attractive feature in an age that increasingly prioritizes ‘clean’ online communication. Among its newest set of capabilities is Sendbird Live, combining livestream with chat to enable companies to create new and engaging experiences from a single tool.
