Who you are
- Education – B.A., B.S., or MBA in Finance, Data, Computer Science, or other STEM fields from a top school, proven academic records, entrepreneurial drive, and portfolio of writing samples that demonstrate how you think are critical to our evaluation
- Minimum 1 years of experience working in a fast-paced, analytical or technical environment, such as consulting, investment banking, or scaling startups
- Highly motivated and organized, bonus points if you are also entrepreneurial and take the initiative on your own!
- Ability to thrive under pressure and operate under a fast paced environment with intensity
- Fearless attitude - ability to dive into the unknown, research and quickly learn about a new topic and become a subject matter expert on it
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a highly organized, execution-oriented Operations Administrator to help keep our internal operations running smoothly as we scale
- You’ll play a key role in supporting cross-functional teams, maintaining internal documentation, and coordinating day-to-day workflows across departments
- If you’re someone who’s obsessed with color-coded systems, detailed process docs, and keeping everything in order — we’d love to meet you
- In this role, you’ll work closely with team leads and report directly to CEO. Your main job is to keep the trains running on time, organize information in ways that help the team move faster, and create the internal clarity that keeps us aligned
- Operational Excellence- Manage and streamline internal systems, calendars, and documents that keep the company running efficiently. Build scalable workflows for recurring tasks like agendas, follow-ups, and internal comms
- Documentation and system building — You’ll turn ambiguous into clarity by building the systems everyone depends on. Own and maintain our internal knowledge base: battle cards, SOPs, onboarding guides, and wikis. Use tools like Notion, Airtable, and Google Workspace to create visibility and drive efficiency
- Execution and leadership support — You’ll multiply the impact of leadership by helping big ideas become actionable plans. Assist with preparing decks, meeting logistics, and internal presentations for high-stakes discussions. Step into fast-moving projects to provide operational support and get things done with speed and precision
- Cross function team collaboration— You’ll connect the dots across departments and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Align Sales, Marketing, Product, and People Ops by managing timelines, materials, and communication. Drive momentum across projects by organizing meetings, tracking deliverables, and ensuring follow-through
Our take
With the likes of Meta, Amazon, and Google hosting the majority of ad campaigns, contemporary strategies can become overly complicated and lacking in owner control. Topsort has created a simple and customisable API through which users can create advertising elements like sponsored listings, banner and video ads, and control how they’re shown to potential customers.
Where the platform stands out is in its transparency and privacy-first approach - delivering a direct replacement of the “cookie” system usually used in sponsored ads. Topsort’s “clean room” is an encrypted technology that has zero-visibility into privacy data, ensuring anonymity for those being analysed.
This exciting new approach to media marketing analysis and campaign planning has turned investors' heads, at a time when data privacy is a hot topic. Topsort has enjoyed an impressive Series A of $20M, which will be used to scale and accelerate its growth.
