Role

Who you are

  • You are a proven VP or senior marketing leadership experience within a high-growth B2B SaaS company in healthcare (preferably in healthcare education and training)
  • You have demonstrable expertise and experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), demand generation, and pipeline development - especially in complex multi-tiered environments
  • You have a track record of building and scaling marketing teams - driving them to high performance
  • You are a strategic and analytical thinker with a clear understanding of data-driven marketing analytics, revenue attribution, CAC, and ROI
  • You are an early adopter - you love technology and efficiency and have probably been using new AI tools for a while
  • No matter how well you are doing you are always horizon-scanning for how to improve
  • You have exceptional skills in brand positioning, storytelling, PR, and executive thought leadership
  • You are energetic, driven and want to position and cement a category leader
  • Bonus points if you are a former healthcare professional or healthcare educator

What the job involves

  • We are looking for an energetic, driven, strategic and results-oriented Vice President of Marketing to build and lead a high-performing marketing team
  • Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) but working closely with the co-founders you will transform marketing at OMS into a core driver of revenue growth and industry leadership
  • You will be instrumental in shaping our brand narrative, driving demand generation, and implementing effective Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and ultimately cementing OMS as the category leader in clinical experience on demand
  • You will be responsible for all marketing initiatives, activities and outcomes including:
  • Department Leadership & Team Development
  • Brand
  • Demand Gen & Pipeline development
  • ABM
  • Content Marketing
  • Thought Leadership
