Virtual Events Associate, Ramp

• Experience in demand generation marketing, field or event management at startups or fast-growing tech or SaaS, with the ability to independently manage programs that result in high-impact events
• Ability to plan, support, and or execute up to double-digit virtual events per month
• Proven track record of using project management tools such as Notion or Asana to stay organized and attentive to details
• Experience with virtual events technology and complementary tools and platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Goldcast, Hubspot, On24, GTW, or similar CRM/marketing automations)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer service mindset for working with vendors and internal teams
• Comfortable with design tools like Canva or Figma for creating virtual events promotional collateral
• Deliberate about using AI to improve workflows, solve problems, and deliver more

• In this position, you’ll help plan and execute engaging webinars, workshops and online events that generate leads, connect with customers, and elevate Ramp’s brand
• You’ll collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and external partners to ensure every detail, from promotion to production, runs seamlessly
• This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, creative, and excited to grow within a fast-moving marketing team
• Plan and execute original, engaging virtual events that drive lead generation
• Coordinate platform setup, speaker prep, design materials, the live event, and post-event enablement
• Manage promotional efforts across email, social media, and partners’ channels to boost event registration and attendance
• Collaborate with internal teams and speakers to collect and organize event content and materials
• Monitor event performance metrics to influence future campaigns
• Partner with external vendors and partner teams to ensure high-quality virtual events
• Support post-event initiatives, including content repurposing, lead follow-up, reporting, and sales enablement
