Role
Who you are
- We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to drive revenue growth by building strong client relationships and selling our core products
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, with a focus on outbound outreach
- 1-3 years experience in prospect research, fundraising, or technology/Saas industries is preferred
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with potential and existing clients
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Team player who enjoys working collaboratively and learning from experienced professionals
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus
- Ability to travel up to 15% domestically for client meetings and industry events

What the job involves
- In this role, you will generate and qualify leads, manage and renew customer accounts, and identify opportunities for expansion.
- Staying informed on product updates and market trends, you’ll provide strategic recommendations to clients while ensuring high satisfaction and retention
- Sell Core products to accounts by building strong relationships and understanding client needs
- Generate and qualify leads through cold outreach, inbound inquiries, and referrals
- Assist in managing and renewing customer accounts to achieve revenue and retention goals
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and upgrades within core accounts
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive revenue growth
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively engage internal teams to resolve concerns
- Use Salesforce to track sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress
- Attend conferences, industry events, and client meetings to represent the company and pitch core products
- Stay up to date with product updates and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients
- You will negotiate contracts, track sales activities in Salesforce, and represent the company at industry events
