Role
Who you are
- 8+ years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, or business development in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software
- Strong knowledge of the UK cyber ecosystem, with existing relationships in consultancies, MSSPs, and security alliances
- Track record of building high-impact partnerships that contributed meaningfully to revenue growth
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial instincts and a hands-on approach to execution
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally
- Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
Desirable
- Familiarity with third-party risk management, supply chain security, or GRC platforms
- Experience working with public sector procurement and frameworks (e.g., G-Cloud, NCSC guidance)
- Understanding of modern cybersecurity buying centres and their decision-making processes
- Previous experience expanding partnerships into the Nordics or US
What the job involves
- We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Partnerships Lead to drive our growth in the UK cyber market
- This is a high-impact, senior role where you’ll own and execute the partnership strategy across the ecosystem — including channel partnerships, technology alliances, cyber consultancies, and industry associations
- You will play a pivotal role in extending Risk Ledger’s market presence, accelerating pipeline growth, and enabling indirect sales through strategic relationships
- Partnership Strategy: Define, build, and execute Risk Ledger’s partnership strategy aligned with revenue, product, and go-to-market goals
- Market Expansion: Identify and prioritise partners that provide access to target enterprise and public sector clients in the UK cyber market
- International Expansion: Drive channel expansion into new markets including the Nordics and US, identifying and activating high-potential channel partners
- Channel Development: Build and scale programs with VARs, MSSPs, cyber consultancies, and technology partners to drive new business and joint value
- Alliance Management: Manage and grow existing partnerships; co-develop go-to-market campaigns and co-sell motions
- Industry Engagement: Represent Risk Ledger with industry bodies, regulatory groups, and cyber alliances to raise brand visibility and influence
- Revenue Contribution: Own and report on KPIs for partner-sourced pipeline, influence, and closed-won deals
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align partner efforts with business goals

Through its platform, Risk Ledger is marking a turning point in the process of discovering, measuring and then mitigating security risks for companies, their clients and their suppliers. Risk Ledger is trying to lower the number of data breaches experienced by companies and consumers as a consequence of supply chain attacks on a global level.
According to research, over 60% of organisations have suffered a data breach originating in the supply chain with fines inevitably following. Mainstream risk assurance methods are no longer be able to effectively detect and mitigate the growing risk associated with more complex and more global supply chains. SMEs are also generally less resilient to security attacks than multinational corporations due to smaller budgets and teams; over 50,000 SMEs in the UK could collapse after a successful cyber attack.
Risk Ledger has helped customers collect supplier data up to 70% faster than before and reduced per-supplier costs by up to 90%. Its challenge now is to provide integrations with different tools and, by doing so, turn Risk Ledger into a Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solution.
