Who you are
- 4+ years of product design experience in B2B or B2B2C with a focus on mobile apps, bonus points for working on intranets
- Strong visual, interaction, and UX design abilities, plus confidence in building interactive prototypes using vibe-coding tools
- Comfortable collaborating with engineers and experimenting with code when needed
- Thrives in environments where fast iteration, experimentation, and adaptability are the norm
- Skilled at uncovering and synthesizing user needs into elegant, impactful product experiences
- Comfortable making decisions, taking responsibility, and driving work forward with minimal oversight
- Excited to help build not just a product, but a product vision and culture from scratch
What the job involves
- We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Product Designer to lead and own the end-to-end designs in our Engagement steam. This is a high-impact role where you’ll design intuitive, modern experiences for our mobile app on iOS and Android
- Reporting to one of the Product Design Managers, you’ll work side-by-side with product and engineering to take bold ideas from concept to reality.
- This role demands curiosity, creativity, and a bias for action - whether you’re mapping out user flows during the content creation process, testing usability, or iterating on designs at lightning speed
- Be the design co-founder: Take ownership of the app experience by leading the design vision, strategy, and execution
- Lead end-to-end design: Own the process from exploration to polished delivery in our engagement steam
- Design with AI: Confident with using AI tools to expand the scope of the role when needed, for example vibe-coding to push pull requests
- Collaborate deeply: Partner with engineers, product managers, and researchers to understand priorities, manage expectations, and balance short-term needs with long-term content vision
- Work in startup mode: Operate with speed, agility, and a bias for action, with deep understanding of responsiveness. Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate to uncover opportunities
- Champion customer insight: Regularly connect with users, conduct interviews, and gather feedback to ground design decisions in real-world needs
- Shape the design culture: Bring your experience and craft to set a high bar for design quality, shaping the app to be simple, efficient, and enjoyable for internal communicators
- Design for AI: Bonus points for deep understanding of user journeys to design for an AI-native app experience
- This isn’t a “keep the lights on” design job — it’s redefining how people create and interact with content on an enterprise level. You’ll have the freedom and support to shape the work, the product, and the way we design — all in fast-moving sprints
