UX Designer, Twitch

• 3+ years of practical experience in UX design with an emphasis on content discovery and/or content engagement experiences
• Demonstrated interaction design and visual craft skills including experience with prototyping mobile experiences
• Demonstrated skills collaborating closely with other designers, researchers, product managers and engineers
• An aesthetic sense and the ability to make confident decisions
• Demonstrated empathy for the people using your software or products
• Expertise with Figma
• Experience in E-Commerce/Monetization

• The Twitch Monetization UX team is responsible for designing the experiences that power sustainable growth for creators, viewers, and Twitch itself
• We build and evolve the systems that enable creators to earn while ensuring that revenue opportunities feel natural, rewarding, and aligned with the spirit of live communities
• A Monetization UX Designer is expected to lead design work at the project level, partner closely with senior cross-functional stakeholders, represent work to executive leadership, and guide and mentor junior designers while reporting directly to a Director of Design
• Designers on the Monetization team work across the full product lifecycle—from early concept and opportunity exploration through launch and ongoing iteration
• You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data partners to design thoughtful monetization experiences that balance business goals with creator and viewer trust
• Success in this role requires strong systems thinking, experimentation mindset, and a deep care for the people who power Twitch’s communities

• Collaborate with a cross functional development team of product managers, engineers, designers, and more

• Contribute to the design community at Twitch by using and improving existing patterns and approaches
• Combine qualitative and quantitative information to develop hypotheses about customer motivations and use that to improve your designs
• Present your work to others by participating in design reviews and feedback sessions
